§ 6-17. Interment, disinterment.

(a)

No body shall be interred in the public cemetery except in a lot duly purchased from and conveyed by the city.

(b)

No person shall inter or cause to interred, disinter or cause to be disinterred any body in the public cemetery unless the same is done in conformance with the laws of the state and the rules and regulations of the state division of health.
